Abednego Wachira Gatama, widely known as Abenego, is a Kenyan spoken word artiste/ poet and also, a member of the popular Kenyan band, H_art the Band. Abenego and Kenneth started as set actors in a theatre group making meagre sums for performance and always in transit. Fed up of the situation, the two set actors decided to form a music group and bring in Mordecai to sing. And this was the beginning of their music career. The group's debut was hit.
