Ahiwo International, formerly known as Ahiwo Orchestra, is an Ivorian musical band formed in 1997. The band comprises fifteen persons, including technicians, drivers, and workers. They recorded their debut album Hope and Perseverance in 1998, one year after their formation, and have over the years released several other projects like Sensation (2000), Tour de Control (2001), Arc-en-Ciel (2002), and Ouragan (2003), amongst others.

    Soule Ngofo Man is a Congolese musician, singer, and songwriter born into a musical family. In 1980, he founded the "Bakula Se Likolo" orchestra. Transitioning to a solo career in 1988, his first album with Lokasa Ya Mbongo, titled Miguel Yamba, unfortunately, remained unreleased due to financial constraints. In 1993, the magical duo of Jean Claude Francois, and Soule Ngofo Man gave birth to the explosive group "Soukouss and Co," captivating audiences in different parts of the world. In 1994, aided by the group TOP SOUKOUSS, he released his first solo album. From 2002 onwards, he continued to release thoughtful songs addressing societal issues in the country.

    Lapiro De Mbanga was a renowned Cameroonian musician, born as Lambo Pierre Roger. He started his music career in the 1980s, and his unique style of music blended traditional Cameroonian rhythms with reggae, makossa, and other genres. Lapiro was an outspoken political activist who used his music to address social issues such as corruption, poverty, and inequality in Cameroon. Some of his notable songs include "No Make Erreur," "Na Wou Go Pay," and "Constitution Constipée." However, in 2008, he was arrested and sentenced to three years in prison for his involvement in protests against President Paul Biya's government. He was released in 2011 and continued to create music until his death in March 2014 after a music career spanning over three decades.
