Alhaji Isah Sule, known as Alhaji Waziri Oshomah, is a prominent Nigerian musician. Despite his family's disapproval of his musical aspirations, Waziri's passion for music burned brightly within him. He gained fame in the mid-1970s and '80s for his eclectic music and messages of positivity, influenced by his Muslim background. Waziri was the band leader of the Osomegbe-Ekperi Primary School Band and later formed his band in 1973. Throughout his career, Waziri has released several albums, including The Muslim Highlife of Alhaji Waziri Oshomah. His music was a fusion of local folk styles and pan-Nigerian highlife and reflected Afenmai Land's togetherness and Islamic values. He is a respected figure known as the Etsako Super Star, the Great Daddy of Etsako, and the Godfather of Afemai music.
