Aminu Alan Waka is a Hausa musician, author, and cultural advocate from Nigeria. He studied Islamic education and industrial design before co-founding a music factory, Hikima Multi Media, in Kano. His music addresses societal issues and he has been dubbed the "Voice of the Voiceless". Aminu's unique use of classical Hausa words, idioms, and phrases in his music has earned him awards and accolades, including an Honorary Doctorate Degree. He holds traditional titles including Dan Amanar Bichi and King of Dutse Emirate Musicians.
