Bio
Aslay, born Aslay Isihaka Nassoro, is a talented Tanzanian singer-songwriter who rose to fame in 2011 with his hit song "Naenda Kusema" under the Mkubwa na Wanae music label. He further gained popularity as the lead vocalist of the Yamoto Band, a group he formed with his colleagues in 2013. The band released numerous successful songs until they disbanded in 2017, after which Aslay continued his solo career. In November 2022, Aslay achieved a major milestone when he signed with Sony East Africa and Sony Africa, cementing his position as one of the most successful artists in Tanzania and East Africa.
