Olubankole Wellinton, popularly known as Banky W, is an award-winning Nigerian singer, songwriter, rapper, actor and politician. Banky began his music career in 2002, releasing his debut album "Back in the Buildin" in 2006 which was well received by fans and critics alike. He has released hit several singles and albums. In addition to his music career, Banky W has also established himself as a successful actor and politician. Banky W is regarded as one of the most influential and successful Nigerian artist.
