BioEtienne Ramboatiana, known as the Madagascan comedian "Bouboul," displayed early artistic talents, playing instruments and creating comic stories as a child. From a musical background, he mastered the harmonium, read music by 11, and played the organ at 16. A skilled classical guitarist, this talent led him to tour Africa, Asia, and Latin America with Circo Brazil. Bouboul balanced his musicality with painting, holding a solo exhibition in 1966 and showcasing art later. Considered a true comic comedian alongside Odéam Rakoto and Gabbih Ratsito, he created humorous songs like "Alahelon-tsoavaly" and "Taxi," drawing inspiration from his diverse life experiences. His unique journey blended music, visual arts, and comedy.
