BioNtokozo Mazibuko, popularly known as Buks, is a renowned South African musician and producer. His love for music has been integral to his life since childhood. His parents introduced him to Jazz and R&B at a young age, which inspired him to learn the piano, clarinet, and saxophone. Later, he discovered a beat-making program and started experimenting with different sounds, which opened his mind to the art of music production.
Buks was initially part of the production trio IV LEAGUE, which produced award-winning rapper AKA's debut album, Alter Ego. He has also produced hit singles for other celebrated local Hip-hop artists like Pro, Khuli Chana, Tuks, Teargas, Solo, and many more.
