Francis Bitsoumanou, aka Celi Bitshu, was a Congolese musician from Congo Brazzaville. He began his career with Les Bantous in 1962 and joined OK Jazz in 1966 with Youlou. He later left Franco for Vicky's Orchestre Lovy. In 1973, he formed Orch. Somo Somo, but the band dissolved in the mid-1970s. He joined Orchestre Veve, wrote their hit "Muana Mburu" and pursued a solo career with his Orchestre Celi Bitshou in the late 1970s.
