Bio
Da Emperor, a Nigerian rapper, focuses on putting indigenous rap and the country on the worldwide map while not ignoring awards, endorsement deals, and chart-topping hits such as "Para mole". He's known for delivering punchlines in his native Yoruba language with Pidgin and English infusion. The rapper is intentional about changing the perception of artists as beggars and unserious people by treating his music as a corporate entity. He believes that controversial titles attract curiosity and more traffic to a new song.
