Dadju, born Dadju Djuna, is a French singer-songwriter of Congolese descent. Born into a family of musicians, his father, a well-known Congolese vocalist, Dadju, loved music at an early age. He began his music career as a member of the group "The Shin Sekai" before going solo in 2017. He released his debut album "Gentleman 2.0" in 2017, which was a massive success, leading to a double platinum certification in France. His second album, "Poison ou Antidote," released in 2019, also earned critical and commercial success. He has won several awards, including two NRJ Music Awards and a Victoires de la Musique award. Dadju's music blends various genres like R&B, afrobeat, and pop, and his soulful voice and catchy melodies have earned him a huge following.
