Amakye DedeGhana |1958| TwiDan Amakye Dede, is a Ghanaian musician popularly referred to as "Iron Boy," "the highlife maestro," and "Abrantie".
He started his music career in 1973 as a composer and vocalist in the Kumapim Royals band.
In 1980, he formed his own band, the Apollo High Kings. He has made almost 20 albums, experimenting with different genres such as soca, calypso, lovers rock, and pop music.
Some of his famous songs include "Jealousy go shame," "Dabi Dabi Ebeye Yie," "Iron Boy," and "Handkerchief."
