Dennis Kalume Harrison was a Kenyan musician and drummer who was a member of the popular East African band, Them Mushrooms. Kalume joined Them Mushrooms and quickly became an integral part of the band's unique sound, which blended traditional African rhythms with modern pop and rock influences. His dynamic drumming provided the backbone of the band's music, and he was known for his powerful performances on stage. Throughout his career, Harrison remained committed to promoting Kenyan music and culture, and he was highly respected within the music scene in East Africa. He continued to perform and record with Them Mushrooms until his passing in 1992, leaving behind a legacy as a talented musician and beloved member of the band.
