Not every doctor wears a white coat, some, like Dr. Lover Bowy, mend hearts with music. Born Mulaya Sefu in 2003 in Entebbe, this Ugandan R&B, Afropop, and Afrobeat artist rose to fame in 2023 with his chart-topping hit "Welaba." Raised by his mother, he attended Dream Primary School in Wakiso before moving on to Buddo SS for his O-level studies. With a smooth voice and soulful lyrics, he continues to make his mark with songs like "Feelings," "Nasiimuka," and "Guma," culminating in his 2025 debut album, "PURELY DR LOVER BOWY."
