Bio
Evoloko Lay Lay, whose real name is Antoine Mundanda, is a talented Congolese singer and dancer. He became a superstar in Kinshasa at the age of 18, when he joined the legendary Zaiko Langa Langa group. With his good looks, dynamic personality, and innovative style of dressing, dancing, and singing, Evoloko quickly became a role model for young people in Congo. He invented the Cavacha rhythm and released several hit songs, including "Mbeya Mbeya." However, his indiscipline led to his dismissal from Zaiko Langa Langa in 1974, and he subsequently formed the Isifi Lokolé group with Mavuela, Papa Wemba, and Bozi Boziana. In his new group, Evoloko continued to release hit songs, including "Adolofina," "Sambolé," and others.
