Franscois Pretorius is a talented musician and qualified color-matcher in the automotive paint industry.
Franscois is best known for his exceptional skills as a lead guitarist for the South African metal band Mind Assault, which he co-founded with his childhood friend Jacques Fourie in 2004.
Both friends had previously played together in a band called Deaf Division, which they formed while in high school.
The band disbanded in 2003 when the two left South Africa to work in the UK for a year.
Franscois remains actively involved in Mind Assault, writing and performing with his bandmates.
He's also known for experimenting with different music genres and has even written country-style, acoustic, and Afrikaans music, in addition to his solo power metal project.
