George Sixtus Mdemu, who goes by the stage name G Nako, is a Tanzanian rapper, stylist, and designer. He began his music career in 2009, joining the group "Mapezi" before later partnering with Fid Q to form "Fid Q and G Nako." G Nako is renowned for his unique rap style and delivery that have earned him a spot among Tanzania's top musicians. Besides music, he is a successful stylist and designer, known for his innovative and colorful designs that blend traditional African and modern styles. G Nako has released several hit songs, including "Machozi," "Ujue," and "Nataka Nipate Nini," winning multiple awards, including the Best Collaboration award at the 2018 Kilimanjaro Music Awards. He continues to be a significant figure in Tanzanian creative industry.
