Bio
Garth McLeod was a well-known drummer and an integral member of the South African rock bands Sugardrive and Wonderboom. From a young age, his innate rhythm and passion for drumming were evident. His musical journey began in the early 1990s when he co-founded the band Helter Skelter alongside his cousin. He later contributed his drumming skills to the rock band Sugardrive for 12 years, playing a crucial role until the band's disbandment. His influence extended to Martin Rocka and the Sick Shop bands, where he played a pivotal role after joining in 2005. Beyond his musical endeavors, Garth was also a store manager for Marshall Music Store. Tragically, his life was cut short in a motorcycle crash.
