Hennie van Halen is a South African musician, guitarist and songwriter. He's a member of the popular rock band aKing, which he helped found in 2007. Hennie has been instrumental in shaping aKing's dynamic sound, which draws from classic rock, indie and alternative genres. With a number of successful albums, aKing has amassed a devoted fan base in South Africa and beyond. In addition to his work with the band, Hennie is also an accomplished producer and collaborator within the local music scene.
