Iba One, born Ibrahim Mahamadou Fily Sissoko, is a Malian rapper and musician blending traditional Malian music and modern hip-hop. He began his career in 1999, but only gained wider recognition for rap in 2010. Iba One has collaborated with international artists and is also known for his social activism. He uses his platform to raise awareness about social issues in Mali. Iba One is one of the most popular and influential musicians in Mali, spreading his message of unity through his music.
