John Mair was a talented South African guitarist and the co-founder of The Sweat Band. He was widely regarded as one of the best guitarists in the country before his tragic death in a car crash in 2002. Mair achieved remarkable success during his career, often using his trademark Gibson Flying V guitar. His untimely passing marked a significant loss to the music world.
