Sebastian Joshua Waswa, or as fans know him, Josh Grey, was always a bit of a dreamer. Born and raised in the lively heart of Uganda, he found his voice early, but it wasn’t until 2023, with the release of “Some More,” that the world started listening. Mixing Afrobeat, R&B, and Pop with a soulful touch, Josh’s sound feels like a cool breeze on a Kampala evening—familiar, yet entirely his own.
Known for his electric performances and undeniable charm, he's quickly climbing Uganda’s music ladder.
Outside the studio, he’s often spotted lighting up Kampala’s nightlife stages with the MULIA Afro Band or chasing down the next big idea. With a sound as compelling as his story, Josh Grey is just getting started.
