Joshua Gregg, whose real name doubles as his music sobriquet, is a talented South African musician, vocalist, guitarist, mandolinist, Kazoo player, and member of South African indie band, The Bang. Gregg co-founded the band with Barry Sherman, a South African bassist. The band released its much acclaimed album, "Shiny" in 2005. Gregg left the band in 2010 with Brad Kallenbach to form a new band, "Cold War Candy Drop."
