He rose to fame in 2017 after posting a video of himself singing his hit song "Tholukuthi Hey" on social media. The hit single helped to catapult Killer Kau to national and international fame. He became one of the most popular and sought-after musicians in South Africa before his death. Despite his brief time in the music industry, Killer Kau made a significant impact.
