Bio
Augustine Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, better known as KODA (Kofi Owusu Dua Anto), was an award-winning Ghanaian gospel artist, record producer, and multi-instrumentalist. Born in Takoradi, his musical journey began at age 10 when his mother enrolled him in guitar lessons. He gained recognition as a producer after working on Nii Okai's "Moko Be" and "Gye W’ayeyi" albums. He notably served as music director for the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology mass choir and the Baptist Students Union. Additionally, KODA co-founded the gospel group Da Project and released 8 albums, two of which are gospel jazz albums - "Nyame Beye" and "Waye Wie." Sadly, KODA passed away in April 2024 following a prolonged illness.
