Kris Okotie, also known as Reverend Chris Okotie, is a Nigerian pastor, musician, and politician. In the early 80s, he embarked on a career in pop music, releasing several successful singles and albums, including "I Need Someone," and '' Show Me Your Backside'' which gained significant popularity. However, Okotie's journey took a turn when he decided to pursue his passion for spirituality. He transitioned into becoming a pastor and founded the Household of God Church in Lagos, Nigeria, where he serves as the senior pastor. In addition, Okotie has demonstrated an interest in politics, running for the Nigerian presidential election twice. Okotie's diverse talents and contributions in music, religion, and politics have made him a respected figure in Nigeria.
