Leslie Moyo, professionally known as Leslie, is a Malawian Afropop artist. Her musical interest was inspired as a child by listening to Malawian hip hop artist Young Kay. She began her career in the choir group at school, then proceeded to form a band with her childhood friend Gazelle, with whom she released the song "Bwelera." She launched into stardom in 2020 after the release of her hit single "Moyo Wane."
