BioLibianca Kenzonkinboum Fonji, born July 23, 2000, in Minneapolis, grew up between the U.S. and Bamenda, Cameroon, where she sang in church and learned guitar before returning to America as a teenager. She first caught attention on The Voice in 2021, but it was her 2022 single 'People,' drawn from her experience with cyclothymia, that gave her worldwide recognition, charting in the UK Top 10 and sparking remixes with Ayra Starr, Omah Lay, and Becky G. In 2023, she toured with Alicia Keys, performed at Coachella, and released her debut EP 'Walk Away.' Her music crosses Afrobeats, R&B, and gospel, marked by her expressive voice and multilingual style in English, Pidgin, and French. Beyond her art, she speaks openly about mental health and has used her platform to support humanitarian relief during Cameroon’s Anglophone crisis, affirming her place as both an artist and advocate with a growing global reach.
