Rachel Garton, with the stage name Lola Rae, is a prominent Nigerian singer. She rose to fame after the release of her debut single, "Watch My Ting Go". The single was met with critical acclaim and earned her a nomination for the Most Promising Female Act to Watch at the 2013 Nigeria Entertainment Awards. Lola Rae is well known for her unique style of music, which combines Afrobeats, dancehall and R&B, and she has collaborated with number of renowned Nigerian artists.

    Daasebre Gyamenah (Akan: Daasebrε Gyamena), was a Ghanaian highlife musician who became very popular for his hit album Kokooko (1999) which featured Lord Kenya. After spending time in various African states he returned to Ghana in 1992 only to make music 7 years later.
