Masamichi Ishikawa ( in Japanese 石川雅道), is a popular Japanese composer, keyboardist, and owner of Soul Garden record label. Ishikawa, who doubles as vocalist and the band leader of JariBu Afrobeat Arkestra, has performed with two other Japanese bands, Q.A.S.B. and I Three. He and his band members created a unique music style known as Neo-Afrobeat, which is a blend of Nigeria's Afrobeat, funk and jazz.
