Sascha Weisz, aka Megablast, is an Austrian DJ and producer who rose to prominence as part of the electronic music duo Kruder & Dorfmeister in the late 80s. After the duo disbanded, Weisz continued producing music under the Megablast moniker, fusing electronic, dub, and world music. He has released several albums, collaborated with artists such as Louie Austen and Gilles Peterson, and performed at major festivals worldwide. His music has also been featured in films, and TV shows.
