He has earned multiple accolades and is recognized as one of South Africa's greatest kwaito musicians, inspiring upcoming artists in the genre.

Lebogang Precious Mathosa, or Lebo Mathosa, was a South African Kwaito musician. She gained fame in the late 1990s as part of the group Boom Shaka before releasing her solo debut album, "Dreams," in 1999. The album was a massive hit in South Africa and earned her the Best Newcomer award at the 2000 South African Music Awards. Throughout her career, Mathosa continued to release successful albums and singles, such as "Ntozabantu" and "Awu dede," and acted in films like "Taxi to Soweto" and "Generations." Known for her energetic performances and unique fashion style, Mathosa's life was tragically cut short when she died in a car accident on October 23, 2006, at the age of 29.
