James Kwaku Tuffour, also known as Nana Tuffour and 9-9-2-4, was a popular Ghanaian highlife singer and songwriter. He began his musical career as a child in the "One Man, Thousand" band before moving on to play piano in the Wanto Wazuri Band and eventually becoming the lead singer of the Waza Africo Band. He released his debut album, "Highlife Romance," in 1979, and has since released twelve more successful albums, winning numerous awards.
