Nene Tuty, whose real name doubles as stage name, was a singer from Guinea Bissau. He was a member of the popular Guinea Bissau band, N'kassa Cobra. As a member of the band, he was a vocalist before he went solo. Nene Tuty was known for his outstanding releases, such as "Aleluia" and "Sancta Maria." Unfortunately, he died in 2013.
