Ntombi Ngwenya, popularly known as Ntombi Marhumbini, was a talented musician from Mpumalanga Province of South Africa. Her career in music began in 1995, and then became known for her unique sound that combines traditional Shangani rhythms with modern beats. Aside from her music, Ntombi Marhumbini was also an entrepreneur, as she owned a popular shangani disco in her hometown. Ntombi's music gained widespread popularity and recognition, not just in South Africa, but also in other African countries. She sadly passed away in 2007.
