Ouma Omore, with real name: John Ouma Nyamuga, was a Kenyan musician. He began his music career in 1978 as a vocalist for the Victoria Jazz Band, later jointly formed the Jolly Boys Band in 1982 before going solo and forming his band,"Omore Kings". He became a popular name in the Kenyan charts as a top Luo Benga composer until his death in 1996. Ouma recorded 8 albums which continues to sell till date. He remains remembered as a beloved Luo Benga composer.
