Paco Séry is a legendary drummer known for his tremendous stroke and his unique blend of ancestral and modern African rhythms. He has collaborated with some of the most illustrious musicians, including Joe Zawinul, founder of Weather Report, who proclaimed that Séry was the best drummer in the world. Throughout his career, Séry has shared his talent with Eddy Louiss, Jaco Pastorius, Cheick Tidiane Seck, Nina Simone, and many others. He is also a member of his own group, Sixun. Séry has won two Grammy Awards for his participation in Zawinul's albums "My ' People" and "Syndicate." Despite his impressive career, Séry remains humble and dedicated to his craft, always in time with the music coursing through his veins.
