Passi Balende, renowned as a rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer from Congo, holds a revered position as one of the pioneers of French rap. Starting his journey in the early 1990s, he is most notably recognized as a co-founding member of Ministere AMER, an iconic rap group alongside Stormy Bugsy. Their partnership led to the creation of Secteur A. In 1997, Passi Balende embarked on his solo career, launching it with the release of his debut album, "Les Tentations." In 1998, he ventured into music production by establishing his label, Isaap Productions. Further expanding his influence, Passi Balende founded a new label, Spyce Publishing, in 2013.
