BioPatrick Obasi, better known as Patty Obasi, was a well-known Nigerian gospel recording singer and is widely regarded as one of the pioneers of Nigerian gospel music.
Following the release of his widely acclaimed album "Nwa Mama Iwota" in 1980, Patty Obasi became well-known.
After releasing "Bianu Kanyi Kele Jehova," his debut album, he went on to release more than 15 studio albums over the course of his career.
He was well-known for being a key player in the Nigerian gospel music scene.
