Paulson Kalu, also known as Paulson Kalu - Afrikhanah, is a legendary highlife music artist hailing from Akanu Ohafia, Abia State. Starting with the Martin Brothers Dance Band, he pursued his music career during the war era by joining Erasmus Jenewari and later Stephen Osadebe's Band, who became his mentor. He founded his Africana Dance Band in Onitsha, earning renown for his philosophical-infused Igbo-language highlife songs. Now an evangelist, he owns the Paulson Kalu Evangelistic Foundation International, dedicated to charitable efforts. With a captivating career spanning decades, he leaves an enduring impact on the music world and uses his influence for the betterment of society.
