Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa, better known by his stage name Rayvanny, is a Bongo Flava and Afropop musician, recording artist, and songwriter from Tanzania. Born without a silver spoon in Mbeya, his passion for music began as a child, which led him to attend musical competitions in primary and secondary school. He launched into stardom after his hit song "Kwetu" received critical acclaim. He is currently signed to the WCB Wasafi label.
