Rotimi, born Olurotimi Akinosho, is a Nigerian-American artist excelling in music, acting, and business. Raised in Maplewood, New Jersey, he began singing at age 4 and launched his music career in 2009, producing hits like the Gold-certified "In My Bed" (2019). Acting followed, with standout roles in "Boss" and "Power" as Dre Coleman. Rooted in a culturally rich upbringing between the U.S. and Nigeria, summers in Lagos and Imo State shaped his artistry. A proud dad and entrepreneur, Rotimi also runs FAVR, a skincare brand. Notably, Lauryn Hill, his hometown hero, inspired his eclectic style.
