Bio

Sanele Mgangxela, better known by his moniker SaneleSings, is a queer singer-songwriter from South Africa who draws inspiration from diverse musical influences, including Sankomota, Donna Summer, and his parents. Starting as a poet at the University of the Free State, he transitioned into singing after vocal training with the phenomenal South African voice coach Miki Vox. With a blend of folklore, life experiences, and social commentary, SaneleSings released his debut single, "Nxele," exploring themes of freedom and identity. In his future endeavor, SanelesSings aspires to sing with a 100-piece orchestra and a choir.
