Swazer, born David Chinonso Nwaeze on 26 May 2007, is a Nigerian Afrobeats and R&B singer-songwriter, performer, and youth visionary. Known for his emotional lyricism, genre-fluid sound, and strong Gen Z influence, he rose to fame in 2025 with the release of his debut single "Hustle." Swazer blends Afrobeats, Afro-soul, R&B, hip-hop, and alté to create a sound that reflects youth culture, personal struggles, and emotional storytelling. He is the founder of the GENZ 18 movement and has collaborated with artists such as Ayra Starr on the track "Truth or Dare." Based in Abuja, Swazer is recognized for his fashion-forward image, energetic performances, and growing digital fanbase known as the Naso Nation.
