Thandi Ntuli, born on September 10th, 1987, hails from Soshanguve (Pretoria), one of South Africa's largest townships. She is deeply rooted in a family legacy of musical excellence. Her aunt, Selby Ntuli, is a renowned guitarist, pianist, and lead vocalist of the 70's pop fusion band Harari (The Beaters). Thandi's musical journey commenced at age four when she embarked on classical piano lessons mentored by Ada Levkowitz. Her passion for jazz blossomed later in life, prompting her to pursue and successfully complete a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance at The University of Cape Town. Thandi's debut album, "The Offering," released in 2014, gained critical acclaim and earned her a MetroFM award nomination for "Best Urban Jazz" in 2015.
