Tidiani Koné was a Malian musician, saxophonist, flutist, ngoni player and former member of the Super Rail Band of Bamako. He joined the Super Rail Band of Bamako in the 1970s, and played a key role in developing the band's unique sound that blended traditional and modern music. During his career, he performed with many notable musicians and bands, both in Mali and internationally, and was considered a respected figure in the West African music scene.
