BioTrevor Charles Rabin is a South African composer and rock musician. His father, Godfrey, was the first chair for the Johannesburg Symphony Orchestra for nearly a decade, and his mother was a well-known actress and brilliant classical pianist. Trevor had a natural talent for music, beginning classical piano lessons at the age of six and beginning guitar studies at the age of twelve after hearing Hank B. Marvin from the Shadows. After a year, he joined his brother Derek's band and began performing his first local shows.
