South African DJ and record producer Tyler ICU, born Austin Kulani Baloyi, is a force in the Amapiano scene. His musical journey began young, with DJing at local events. Taking on the name "Tyler ICU" in the early 2010s, he started releasing music online, culminating in his 2020 breakthrough hit "Bella Ciao," which topped the South African iTunes chart and international Shazam charts. Featured on the Money Heist soundtrack, it cemented Tyler ICU's success. He continues to release hits like "Mnike" and "Banyana," solidifying his place as a musical force.
