Wale Glorious was a popular juju musician from Nigeria, who died at the young age of 29 in 1971. He was known for his music, which included the Akure anthem, "Awa L'Akure Oloyemekun", and other songs like "Tete Dawa lohun l'asiko" and "Omolagbede". His music promoted unity in Akure, and he was a cultural icon whose contributions to the community are remembered to this day. Wale Glorious also led his own band, Aiyesoro Spots Band and was called “heir apparent” of juju music.
