Bio
Mobolaji Ladipo, known by his stage name Zamir, is a Nigerian rapper and songwriter from Lagos. He was widely known as Yung L.O.S and rose to fame as one of the founding members of L.O.S (Loud on Sound), a pioneering music collective in Nigeria's Alternative/Hip-Hop genre. Zamir's musical journey began with producing the hit single "BAD GUY P" for L.O.S, and later, he rebranded as "Zamir" in 2014. Drawing inspiration from everyday experiences and artists like Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Fela, Bob Marley, and 2Pac, Zamir believes that music is about storytelling. With exceptional lyrical flows and music writing skills, Zamir has collaborated with prominent Nigerian acts both as a producer and artist.
